Is there a free trial?
Yes. KidMoat offers a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card is required to start the trial.
How much does KidMoat cost?
After the free trial, KidMoat is available as a monthly or annual subscription:
- Monthly: Pricing details are available on our pricing page
- Annual: Save with an annual plan — see the pricing page for current rates
Both plans include all features for all children on the account.
What payment methods do you accept?
KidMoat subscriptions are handled through the Google Play Store. You can use any payment method accepted by Google Play, including credit cards, debit cards, and Google Play gift cards.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time through the Google Play Store:
- Open the Google Play Store on your device
- Tap your profile icon > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions
- Find KidMoat and tap Cancel
Your access will continue until the end of the current billing period.
What happens when my trial ends?
If you do not subscribe before the trial ends:
- Screen time limits and web filtering will stop being enforced
- Location tracking will continue in a limited capacity
- Gamification features (coins, badges, streaks) will pause
- Your data and settings are preserved — subscribe at any time to resume
Do I need to pay per child?
No. Your subscription covers all children on your account, regardless of how many you add.
Can I get a refund?
Refund requests are handled through Google Play. If you have billing concerns, contact us at support@kidmoat.com and we will help resolve the issue.
