Request data deletion

Use this form to request permanent deletion of your KidMoat account and any child monitoring data associated with it. We will review your request and respond within 30 days, as required by India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

Only the parent or legal guardian who owns the account may submit this request. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

What happens next

  1. You receive a reference number after submitting this form.
  2. Our Grievance Officer (Arpita Ghosh) verifies that the request is from the account holder.
  3. We permanently delete your parent account, all linked child profiles, location history, screen-time records, and notification metadata from our systems.
  4. We confirm completion by email, typically within 30 days. Some routine backups may retain data for a short additional period before being overwritten on schedule.
